The following recipe originates from the nun Hildegard von Bingen that lived 800 years ago. The recipe was passed down through generations and latter many doctors recommended it to their patients. This remedy is used when you start feeling trembling, skipping beats or stress.

INGREDIENTS:

10 fresh trunks of parsley (without the root)
1 liter black or white wine vinegar
300gr natural honey
DIRECTIONS:

Mix the parsley with the wine and the wine vinegar. Boil for 10 minutes on low heat. Add 300gr honey and boil for 4 more minutes. Place the mixture in a glass bottle while it’s still warm. Drink one teaspoon per day till the symptoms disappear or longer.
