As the perfect antioxidant, we present you two ways how to consume lemon in the morning and before bed, with which you will improve your health. You will also speed up your metabolism and get rid of the stomach acids during the night and the morning headaches caused by the atmospheric pressure.

In the morning:

Lemon juice of half a lemon
200 ml water
Squeeze half lemon and mix it with 200 ml water. It will refresh you, give you energy and hydrate your body. With regular consumption you will lose excess body fats.

At night:

250 ml water
5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Warm up the water and add the honey and the lemon. Drink it two hours before bed.
