Almond butter - Get a Healthy Energy

Almond butter can be made from raw or roasted almonds. Roasted almonds give this butter special aroma. Here you can find both recipes, try them both and tell us which one you prefer more.

Almond butter with roasted almonds

Preheat the almonds in an oven on 150 C for about 20 minutes. You can shake the pan to evenly distribute them. You will need the following


1 cup of roasted almonds
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons olive oil

Take out the roasted almonds from the oven and put them in a blender. Add a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons olive oil.

Store the almond butter in the refrigerator.

Almond butter with raw almonds

Everything is the same as in the first recipe, only without toasting them. However, in order to get the final product you will have to mix the almonds little bit longer than with roasted almonds. Be patient, mix them more than 10 minutes, depending on the quality of the almonds.

You can also add honey to the final product, but don’t add it while mixing the almonds, because it can get sticky.
