Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gives your body the “fuel” it needs and boosts your metabolism. Following the rule: everything in moderation”, there still are some foods that you should avoid or at least try not to be part of the everyday morning meal.

White bread toast
This bread will probably make you feel full because it has significantly fewer beneficial ingredients than whole grain toast.
Oil and margarine
This option can be full of calories, especially if it’s mixed with fats and carbohydrates.
If you just mix different fruits the natural sugars will release from the cells and they will become “free sugars”, so it’s better to eat just one kind of fruit.

This kind of breakfast is high in fructose, which can increase the blood glucose level. For the best results it’s best to eat the whole orange.
