Make fried foods healthier
One of the harmful maters of which we should avoid eating fried food is acrylamide, a chemical link that occurs during the frying process of the ingredients.
That’s why these foods get golden and they are so tasty, but scientists consider that acrylamide is one of the top reasons for cancer.
During the frying process you should stop frying before the food gets golden brown. It’s preferred to fry it till it gets golden yellow.
That’s how the food will be less harmful, but this doesn’t mean that you should eat this kind of food regularly and make it replacement for fruit, vegetable and whole the other healthy ingredients that are necessary for our bodies.
