Face masks how to refresh your skin with fruits
Your tired skin needs some rest. All you need to regenerate and refresh your skin is hidden in the fruits. However, you must choose the right fruits for your skin and then you`ll be able to enjoy the benefits of the face masks.
APPLE – this delicious fruit contains many vitamins: vitamin C, B1, B2, B6, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium. You can prepare an anti-aging face mask just in 2 minutes, and all that you`ll need is: 1 yolk, 2 apples, 1 teaspoon castor-oil. Mix these ingredients and apply the mask on your face. Leave it for minimum 30 minutes.
LEMON – this fruit contains fruit acids and has strong peeling effect. Just place a lemon slice on your face and gently clean the pores and remove the dead skin cells. Complete the process with washing your face with lemon juice and finish with applying moisturizing face cream.
PEACH – it takes care of your skin and makes it softer. Squeeze several peach slices and apply them on your face and your neck. Rinse with cool water after 10 minutes.
STRAWBERRIES – they are characterized with high amounts of vitamins C, D and calcium. Squeeze them and apply the homemade strawberry face mask. This way you`ll supply your skin with vitamins and minerals, as well as strengthen the blood vessels.
BANANA – this fruit has a cleansing effect of the skin. The freshness of the skin comes back and the blood circulation improves as well. For stronger effect you can use yogurt and banana puree. Rinse with cool water.
